- Handicraft Shop is committed to provide you quality handicrafts, but in case if you not receive product in good condition, damaged or defective, please contact us with genuine reason & proper proof of photography or videography required before claim by call or email within 24 hrs of order received, otherwise you will not suitable for refund. We will consider any manufacturing defect or damage and then make sure for replace the product(s). Once your order is placed, it is treated as unchangeable. We would not be responsible for the loss of item being returned by you, during transit. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure safe and secure delivery of the returned item to us.
- The product of same type as that of the original purchase will only be given as replacement.
- Damage occurred due to mishandling will not be accepted.
- Return will not be accepted If Price tag, stickers, hologram etc. are removed/ damaged.
- No cash refund will be given.
- The actual color and shape of the figures may slightly vary from the one shown in the product listing. Such variations will not be considered as damage.
- We accept the return product If the wrong product is delivered.
Strictly, no refunds will be given in the following cases:
- We try to deliver accurate product’s quality, but our all handicrafts products are handmade, so it may be a bit vary in size, colour or shape displayed in image. So no return will be accepted In case of minor design and color variations.
- In-case of minor dimension changes. As dimension of the product cannot be exactly same which is mentioned in our product description.
- In-case of minor variation from the Product Image. As most of the product picture was taken by the photographer and light effect product might look little different than original product.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer. So we request you to provide your complete mailing address along with Pin Code/Zip Code of the specific place. If the items are returned to us after dispatching the order due to incomplete/incorrect address, we are not responsible for any such deliveries.
- On three failed delivery attempts by the courier. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us.
- If the package is refused by recipient.
- If the products returned are in a used or damaged condition.
